The metabolites in that species are said to have a knock-on effect on such diseases. They modulate or adjust the host’s immune responses. For a positive response, these metabolites should produce more short-chain fatty acids (SCFA) which, according to the research, help slow down bone degradation.
What is suggested is an intake of a low sugar, high fiber diet, which may include eggs, wild fish, avocados, coconut oil, organic fresh vegetables, grass-fed beef and free-range chicken.
